Mellon Educate is very grateful to The Antonio Carluccio Foundation for its funding of food gardens at Happy Valley Primary School and Usasazo High School, Cape Town. The learners at these schools have seen their hard work pay off with bounteous first harvests at the end of October!  Incredible quantities of vegetables, herbs, edible flowers and indigenous plants will supply each school’s kitchen with fresh produce for learner’s lunches.
