Chefs Genaro Contaldo and Giorgio Locatelli join an all-star team for a fundraising dinner on behalf of The Antonio Carluccio Foundation.
The all-star team includes Antonio’s closest chef friends and features Giorgio Locatelli of Michelin starred Locanda Locatelli, Genaro Contaldo Antonio’s partner in the BBC’s series Two Greedy Italians, Danillo Cortellini, head chef to The Italian Ambassador and Eric Chauvet Carluccio’s executive chef of 20 years.
An aperitivo reception will be followed by four courses one from each of the stars, all accompanied by matching wines. There will also be an auction featuring an array of lots including some of Antonio’s personal possessions and money-can’t-buy experiences like a day in the kitchen with Giorgio Locatelli.
