Carluccio’s chefs teach pasta-making at Loyle Carner’s summer cooking school
For the last four years, Loyle Carner who has grown up with ADHD has run a cooking school, Chilli Con Carner, for kids who also live with the condition.
This year three chefs from Carluccio’s joined the first day of the school teaching fresh pasta making and pasta recipes such as home-made ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta.
