The University of Surrey International Hospitality Management degree is one of the pre-eminent courses for the hospitality sector.

We are working with the university to develop The Antonio Carluccio Bursary to support disadvantaged students during the 3rd year of their course when students experience greater financial pressure whilst on their industry placements.
