Zest Quest Asia Competition

Working with Cyrus Todiwala The Antonio Carluccio Foundation is supporting Zest Quest Asia. Motivating colleges to field student teams in a competition that highlights knowledge and technical skills in Asia’s exquisite and demanding culinary tradition. The winning team to be announced on 10th April 2026 will experience a trip to an as yet secret Asian destination.
